PROGRESS
The planning of this project was rigorous, to say the least! I met with Mrs. Page-Benghiat, Valley View's yearbook teacher, in May 2019, corresponded with her via email multiple times, and, starting in August, I began coming in on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8 AM to 9 AM.
During this time, I "proofed" (looked over, corrected, and gave critiques) on most, if not all, pages. I went through every single page and fixed the spelling of names, titles, and "copies," or the text on each page. This proved to be one of the most tedious tasks I've ever dealt with, especially because Valley View Middle School has a physical copy of their entire population, rather than a digital copy, like Santa Susana High School has.
